Terms and Conditions for Virtual Design Services

1. Service Overview

Living Bright Interiors offers professional virtual design services for residential spaces up to 200 sq. ft.

• Design planning and conceptualization for the specified space.

• Recommendations for furniture, decor, and materials.

• One round of revisions to ensure client satisfaction.

2. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your project.

• Payments are non-refundable and serve as acknowledgment and agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Scope of Services

• This service includes:

  • A customized design plan tailored to your space and style preferences.

  • A detailed shopping list with links for recommended furniture and decor.

  • A design layout and mood board to visualize the proposed changes.

• Exclusions:

  • The service does not include physical installation, in-person consultations, or ongoing project management.

4. Project Timeline

• The project will begin upon receipt of full payment and necessary information (e.g., measurements, photos, and client preferences).

• The first draft of the design plan will be delivered within 14 business days from the start date.

• Clients have 7 days to review the draft and request one round of revisions.

• Final designs will be delivered within 7 days of receiving revision requests.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the project progresses smoothly, the client agrees to:

• Provide scans or measurements, photos, and any inspiration or style preferences promptly.

• Respond to communications and review drafts within the specified timeline.

Delays in providing required information may result in adjustments to the project timeline, but will not affect the designer’s obligation to deliver the agreed-upon services.

6. Revisions Policy

• This service includes one round of revisions to the design plan.

• Additional revisions may be requested at an additional fee of $75/hour.

7. Non-Refundable Payment Policy

• All fees are non-refundable, ensuring Living Bright Interiors dedicates the time and resources necessary to complete your project.

• If unforeseen circumstances arise, Living Bright Interiors will work in good faith to fulfill all services as agreed.

8. Intellectual Property

• All design plans, mood boards, and recommendations provided are for the client’s personal use only.

• Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use the designs for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Living Bright Interiors.

9. Limitation of Liability

Living Bright Interiors is not responsible for:

• Delays or issues caused by third-party vendors or suppliers.

• Errors or discrepancies in measurements provided by the client.

• Costs associated with furniture, decor, or other recommended purchases.

10. Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of either party (e.g., natural disasters, internet outages), both parties agree to work collaboratively to adjust the timeline or deliverables as needed.

11. Agreement Protection

This agreement protects both parties. Living Bright Interiors is committed to delivering the agreed-upon services even if delays occur. Similarly, the non-refundable fee ensures the client’s project slot and resources are secured.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By booking and paying for virtual design services, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
